Support for Children

Talking Therapies

Talking Therapies

Our Team of Psychologists and Psychotherapists use adapted approaches to help children and adolescents understand and overcome their difficulties

Lego Therapy

Talking Therapies

Using our bespoke program tailored for children and adolescents, we explore social communication and understanding through the medium of Lego! We offer a combination of one-to-one and small groups, where there is fun and learning to be had in equal measure.

Music Therapy

Autism/ADHD Mentoring

Music therapy is a psychological intervention that uses the expressive elements of music as a means of interaction between the child and therapist. This provides an alternative method of communication when talking is too difficult or not possible, and this can help to reduce anxious feelings and thoughts.

Autism/ADHD Mentoring

Autism/ADHD Mentoring

A useful guide who has a comprehensive understanding of ADHD,  and who will share skills and strategies for children to cope with difficulties in organisation, inattention and impulsivity

Study skills tutoring

We offer education tuition for secondary school aged students. Ideal for home schooled children, and those who are in education but may require additional support.

Play Therapy

Not all children are able to process their own emotions or articulate problems to parents or other adults. Our trained play therapists use playtime to observe and gain insights into a child’s problems. The therapist can then help the child explore emotions and deal with unresolved trauma through play.

Pet Therapy

Speech and Language Therapy

Social Groups

Walking and talking with our very own Freddie the therapy dog! It's for children who prefer the open space to the therapy room. It takes the attention off the child and gives them the space to unpack their thoughts without feeling under the spotlight.

Social Groups

Speech and Language Therapy

Social Groups

Friendships provide us with a sense of connection, value and meaning, they are important for building self-esteem and social skills.  We offer children the opportunity to meet others and share their interests and build their confidence through our programme of social drop-in sessions and workshops.
